Le Scuderie” holiday homes is the ideal place for vacation in Tuscany, located in the heart of the Maremma region near the town of Donoratico, immersed in the green country-side and only 3 km away from the seaside. Services, like supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, newsagents, and the railway station (Roma-Livorno), are also close. Some shops will be open even on Sundays during tourist season. The location is also perfect to reach some of the best beaches in Tuscany, along with famous islands like Elba and Capraia.

The village of Bolgheri, known for its impressive cypress avenue is the centre of local wine production and home to the Bolgheri DOC cooperative. There are countless wine taverns and restaurants where you can taste delicious wines and typical speciality dishes. The captivating medieval jewel, Castagneto Carducci, is home to the Castello Della Gherardesca, which was first established in the year 1000.

The sea of Tuscany

Our coast offers around 60 km of beaches. The white and fine sandy beaches of San Vincenzo, Vada and the Gulf of Baratti alternate with the darker and denser ones of Cecina, Bibbona and Marina di Castagneto. Every year the blue flags assigned by the European Union underline the quality of the water and the environment.
